Our vision is to help hurting people become whole and go on to make a difference in the world.

Our mission is to help you win the fight of your life in the midst of your life.

Knoxville Christian Counseling Story

We started Leadershop (Knoxville Christian Counseling) to help hurting people be transformed and whole, and to go on from this experience to make a difference in the world. Everyone has something to share with the world that becomes clear through the difficulties of life. This has been true for us and many of our clients.

In order to make a difference in the world we need authentic people and safe places. Safe places and authentic people can help us work things out. What we have found in our experience is that hurting people can’t connect in places where everything is rated G. This makes us feel uncomfortable so we hide the issues of our lives with an adult rating. Hiding the issues of our lives can make us sick, but getting real can restore us to a life we love. We want to help people get real about depression, anxiety, difficult circumstances, personal choices, alcoholism, drug addiction, pornography, or infidelity. Failing to do so can cost you everything. This is why we started Knoxville Christian Counseling (Leadershop).

Leadershop is a nonprofit Christian Counseling Ministry based in Knoxville, Tennessee that provides marriage counseling and therapy, alcohol and drug counseling, recovery support, personal leadership coaching, and support groups for moderate drinking, personal leadership, and marriage enrichment.

About Todd Davis

Meet Todd Davis

Todd Davis, PhD, MFT, LADC

My experience with counseling has involved crisis work, family issues, addiction, marriage, infidelity, legal problems, depression, anxiety, and how to recovery from it all.  Helping people win the fight of their lives is something I like to do. I understand how things can come against you and threaten all that you have and love.

Living in East Tennessee has been great. I am married with two kids and since I work from a home office, it’s been great for boating, fishing, hiking, baseball, and car shows. I am active in church and a local gym.

Home Office

We work from a home-office with a dog in a down-to-earth neighborhood.  This helps create a private, confidential, and safe environment.
